Suitable for beginners and more experienced students

11.30 - 12.30pm
Not that the other classes move along like lightning…but this is for those who need a bit more time to get into and out of each asana, perhaps in older age, or for those who are recovering from injury or illness.

For students who have some experience of Iyengar yoga and have been attending classes for at least a year

Friday morning Level 2
8.30 - 10.30am
For students who have been attending regular Iyengar yoga classes for a number of years, are able to maintain a steady headstand and shoulder stand and who have an established practice, either with Sarah or other Iyengar yoga teachers. Please speak to Sarah if you would like to join this class

A dynamic and low-cost class for this age group to work fast and try out more strenuous and challenging asanas

Feel Good Friday Restorative

Unwind from the week, practise and get to know restorative asanas or take time to deepen your understanding of Pranayama - Feel Good Friday classes will take place approximately fortnightly through the year.
